Privacy Policy: Pallanguzhi
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This policy explains what data the Pallanguzhi (Pallanguli) Android game, published by SJWin Solutions ("we", "us"), collects and how it is used. Package id: com.jwinsolutions.pallanguzhi.
Who can use the app
Pallanguzhi is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13.
What we collect
The app collects only anonymous usage and diagnostic data, using Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (services of Google):
- App interactions, such as game started or finished, settings changed, and hint or undo used.
- Crash logs and performance data, including basic device and app-version information.
- A Firebase installation ID generated by the Firebase SDK. It identifies the app installation, not you.
Only when you play online with a friend (version 1.1 and later), our game server also receives:
- The display name you type for the game (up to 16 characters; it does not have to be your real name). It is shown only to the other player in your room.
- Your moves, the room code and a random seat key that lets you rejoin after a dropped connection.
- Your IP address, as part of the internet connection to the server.
What we do not collect
No email address, location, contacts, photos or purchase information, and no text other than the online display name you choose. There are no accounts and no user ID. The Android advertising ID is not collected and Google Signals is turned off.
How we use it
To understand how the game is used, fix crashes and improve it, and to run online games between you and your friend. We do not sell the data and do not use it for advertising.
Sharing and security
Data is shared only with Google, which processes it on our behalf under its Firebase privacy terms. Online games run on our own servers; the connection goes through Cloudflare, which protects and carries it under its privacy policy. All data is encrypted in transit.
Retention
Analytics data is kept for 2 months. Crash reports are kept for the period set by Firebase Crashlytics. Online game data (display names, moves, room codes) is held only in the server's memory and deleted when the room ends, at most a few minutes after both players leave. Our server logs contain no moves and no names, except a display name that another player reports as rude or unsafe; that report (the name and room code, no IP address) is kept with the logs and deleted after 7 days.
Your choices
- Opt out of analytics and crash reporting at any time in the app under Settings > Privacy, or in the notice shown on first launch.
- To ask us to delete data linked to your installation, email [email protected] and include the installation ID if you can. Uninstalling the app also stops all collection.
Ads
The current version has no ads. If we add ads, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
